Registration fees include attendance at the scientific congress, ceremonies, plenary talks, scientific sessions, daily coffee breaks and lunches, and also congress program, participant bag, and congress proceedings. Attendance at the congress dinner is optional and priced separately. Fees for workshop attendance may also apply separately. The registration fee does not include airfare, accommodation, or other traveling arrangement costs.

Registration requirements
E-mail address for each participant must be provided during the registration process;
Multiple registrations with the same e-mail address will not be accepted.
Confirmation of registration
Participants will receive an automatic e-mail upon successful submission of the online registration. Registration will be confirmed after payment of the registration fee is received.
Payment of registration
Payments may be made online by credit card or by bank transfer. All payments must be made in Euros. Participants are requested to select their preferred payment method in the online registration form. For payments by bank transfer, please allow around 5 working days for payment processing before registration is confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to sibecol-ail-meeting2022@ua.pt no later than 31st March 2022 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus €25 for administration costs.
Cancellations submitted in writing to sibecol-ail-meeting2022@ua.pt between 1st April and 31st May 2022 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus €25 for administration costs.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31st May 2022.
Refund requests due to overpayment or double payment must include a valid proof of overpayment or double payment and must be made in writing and submitted no later than one month after congress closure.
Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
Certificate of participation
Certificate of participation will be made available digitally after congress closure.
